Conflict is normal. Even in marriage. But we must make sure we are fighting fair and working through disagreements in a way that moves us toward greater oneness, not greater frustration.
Here's a great article on Relevant's website that gives some clear ground rules for fighting with your spouse. Read it with a microscope on yourself, not on your spouse. Look for the 2X4 in your eye long before you start pointing out the splinter in your spouse's eye.
